Craig is not only an exceptionally good leader, he is an approachable and very helpful mentor and coach. I had the pleasure of working with Craig for almost 2 years in cross functional teams on multiple projects. Above all, I was impressed by the fun and productive work atmosphere he created and his ability to motivate his team to care about its product and be invested in the product's success. I met Craig more than two years ago when I started to work at VizExplorer. We've worked on different projects. In our last project, he was my team leader. He is an excellent senior developer and team leader. Craig's problem-solving skills made us release a solid first version of our project. I'm happy I got the chance to work with him, I hope we get to do it again.

I'd just finished a web entry course and could sort of make a page. Craig turned that into actually being able to build. He tutored me in React for a year, every week, around his own full-time job, and we shipped a real live voting app for ActiveFM radio together. He never just gave me the answer: he'd walk me to it, then show me why it worked. I went from copying tutorials to shipping production code, and I'll always be grateful for that.
